At MoEa, we are committed to sustainable fashion and want you to be completely satisfied with your bio-based sneakers. If your pair isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn sneakers in their original recyclable packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to minimize waste.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new pair within 5-7 business days.
